Dr. Charles is from St. Thomas US Virgin Islands and received his undergraduate and medical training at Michigan State University. His choice to enter medicine was greatly influenced by seeing his younger sister being treated for heart problems she was born with. He is a Board certified OB/Gyn actively practicing medicine Georgia and New Mexico.
